회사는 파트너십 문의 접수 및 회신을 위해 아래와 같이 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

2. 개인정보의 처리 목적

- 파기 절차 및 방법: 전자적 파일 형태는 복구·재생할 수 없도록 안전하게 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제2조에 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 사전 동의 없이 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

- 본 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경 내용의 추가·삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경 사항의 시행 7일 전부터 사이트를 통하여 공지합니다.

The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to receive and respond to partnership inquiries.

2. Purposes of processing
The Company uses collected personal information only for the following purposes. Any change of purpose will require prior consent.

3. Retention and use period
- The Company retains personal information for 90 days from the date of collection consent and then destroys it without delay.
- However, information collected through a partnership application is retained for up to 12 months after the review is completed, given the nature of the review process, and is then destroyed.
- Where retention is required by applicable law, the relevant statutory period applies. Examples:
- Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce: records of advertising/labeling (6 months), contracts or withdrawal of subscription (5 years), consumer complaints or disputes (3 years)
- Protection of Communications Secrets Act: website visit logs (3 months)
- Destruction method: electronic files are securely deleted so that they cannot be recovered or reproduced; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope set forth in Section 2 and does not provide it to external parties without the data subject's prior consent, except as follows:
- When separate consent is obtained from the data subject
- When required by law, or when an investigative agency requests it for investigative purposes pursuant to procedures and methods prescribed by law
5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer
The Company outsources certain operations as listed below to provide the service smoothly. As required by Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the necessary terms are specified in the contract and the Company supervises the processors to ensure safe handling.
