본 약관은 주식회사 리얼월드에셋(이하 "회사"라 합니다)이 운영하는 웹사이트 www.realworldsasset.io(이하 "사이트"라 합니다)에서 제공하는 정보 제공 및 문의 접수 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 합니다)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

  1. "서비스"란 회사가 사이트를 통하여 제공하는 회사 소개, 사업 안내, 보도자료, 파트너십 문의 접수 등 일체의 서비스를 의미합니다.

    • 보도자료, 공지사항, 회사 소식 게시
    • 파트너십·제휴·투자 등 비즈니스 문의 접수 및 회신
    • 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스
  2. 서비스는 연중무휴 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 시스템 점검, 장애, 천재지변 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 일시적으로 중단될 수 있으며, 이 경우 회사는 사이트를 통해 사전 또는 사후에 공지합니다.
  3. 회사는 서비스의 내용, 운영상·기술상 사양을 변경할 수 있으며 이 경우 변경된 내용을 사이트에 게시합니다.

이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 입력하는 행위
  2. 회사의 사전 동의 없이 서비스의 일부를 영리 목적으로 사용하는 행위

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 통신망 장애, 정전, 시스템 점검 등 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 사이트에 게재된 정보는 일반적인 안내를 목적으로 하며, 투자, 법률, 세무 자문에 해당하지 않습니다. 회사는 이용자가 사이트의 정보를 신뢰하여 행한 행위에 대하여 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the information and inquiry services ("Services") provided by Real World Asset Inc. (the "Company") through its website at www.realworldsasset.io (the "Site"). They define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

The following terms have the meanings set forth below.

  1. "Services" means all services provided by the Company through the Site, including company information, business overview, press releases, and partnership inquiry intake.

  1. The interpretation of these Terms and any dispute between the Company and users is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits arising from use of the Services will be filed with the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
